here's how it began...

A music album lovingly put together by Wake Up London & Friends.

Peace Sounds celebrates peace, within us and around us, in the here and now. The sales of this album raised funds for the public talk and meditation, called "Sit in Peace" with Zen master, teacher, poet and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh on March 31st 2012 in Trafalgar Square, Central London.

After the success of this event, Peace Sounds remains available to listen to and download, and all proceeds go now to Wake Up London, a community run by volunteers who provide a place of refuge and support for young people practising mindfulness together for a healthy and compassionate society.
